Refund & Return Policy

At

KicksCloud we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product has been delivered

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Raise a request within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Non-Returnable Cases
We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Product not liked

  • Minor differences in color/design

  • Used or washed products

Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

Cash on Delivery Orders

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after shipping

  • Fake or non-serious orders may be restricted from future purchases
