KicksCloud we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

The product is damaged during delivery

The wrong product has been delivered
To be eligible for a return, you must:

Raise a request within 3 days of delivery

Provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
Non-Returnable Cases
We do NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind

Product not liked

Minor differences in color/design

Used or washed products
Refund Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery Orders

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after shipping

Fake or non-serious orders may be restricted from future purchases
